This equipment is widely used for the complete separation of bone and meat of poultry skeletons (such as chicken skeletons, whole chickens, chicken necks, chicken leg cartilage minced meat, triangular bones, chicken wishbones, duck skeletons, goose skeletons, and rabbit skeletons). The separated minced meat can be used to make meat products such as sausages, meat pies, meatballs, dumplings, etc. The bone residue can be used to extract chondroitin, soup base material or make bone meal, animal feed, etc.

Raw materials must be cleaned of internal organs and other sundries; raw material processing temperature: -8°C~10°C, the optimum temperature for raw material processing is 2°C~10°C.
